  • Uploading Weather Data: Allow local or remote access to current and historical data on the ecowitt cloud servers. After signing up for the Ecowitt Weather Service freely, you can access historical data via graphs or datasheets, and share the data with your friend or other website.
  • Supported weather services: ecowitt net, weather underground, weathercloud, WOW, and your own customized weather server (following protocols compatible with ecowitt or weather underground hosting protocols).

Trivial to set up with Home Assistant

I did not even need to install the iOS app. The gateway serves a hotspot: connect, set admin pass, input hostname/port/API from HA integration, done!

It connected without issue to WH40 & WS80 sensors once they got battery power.
