Shipping & Unboxing Video Requirement (Important Notice)

We strongly recommend that customers record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receiving all parcels.

During international transportation, packages may inevitably experience impacts, compression, or other handling conditions. If any abnormal or damaged outer packaging is observed upon delivery, please do not discard the packaging.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

  • The condition of the outer packaging upon receipt
  • The full unpacking process without interruption
  • A complete inspection of the product inside
  • Any visible damage or missing parts (if applicable)

Please provide the video and relevant evidence to Ecowitt for verification. We will review the case and offer an appropriate after-sales solution as soon as possible.

Please note that claims without valid supporting evidence (such as a complete unboxing video) may not be accepted for processing.

Global delivery, additional charges may apply in remote areas. Shipping from China.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Order processing time 1-3 Calendar Days (depend on holiday, product and quantity)
Estimated delivery time:
From the US warehouse (for selected items only) to the US: 2–5 calendar days
From the China warehouse to most countries worldwide: 7–15 calendar days

Note: Pre-order products are not subject to the above order processing and shipping time. Please refer to the updated estimated shipping time shown on the pre-order product page.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping address, weekends/holidays, etc.
Track your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available in your "Order Details" page.
Shipping areas
The products can be delivered to the most of states in America except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Carriers
We work with multiple carriers. The Standard channel is mainly handled by YuExpress, and the final delivery is completed by the most commonly used local carriers in each country. The Express channel is primarily handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Please note that Express shipping does not include any customs duties or VAT, which must be paid by the customer.

[Standard]: VAT is included, you may need to pay customs duty to local customs. If [Standard] cannot be selected, please place multiple orders separately.

[Express]: Paid all of the custom duties after the parcel arrived your country, received duties by shipping company or customs.
