Gutes Meßgerät für die Raumluft

Als Fan von Ecowitt habe ich mir den Luftqualitätsmesser WH46D mit Display gekauft. Er zeigt viele Raumluftwerte an, die ich aber nicht kontrollieren kann.
Weil wir einen Ethanolofen betreiben, wollte ich gerne die Raumluft monitoren.
Nicht ganz billig, aber wichtig. Der Sensor muß mit USB-Spannung betrieben werden und hat zwei AA-Batterien als Ausfallsicherung. Ein USB-Netzteil ist nicht dabei. Die Anzeige über die Ecowitt-App oder die Konsole 2560c reicht eigentlich aus. Das LCD-Display des Sensors ist nicht unbedingt nötig. Von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.

Sensor is great, eShop is not

Unfortunately Ecowitt use the Shopify eCommerce platform which I usually try to avoid. Anything you buy via Shop (Shopify) is a bit of a lottery. Most items will say 'Preparing for Dispatch" even after you have received them. Ecowitt were slightly better as the package started showing tracking info once it arrived in the UK about 14 days after I ordered it. If you live in the UK I'd avoid the Ecowitt shop and use AliExpress instead. There is an official Ecowitt store on AliExpress and I ordered some WH31's from there which arrived after 4 days and had tracking information from the minute they were dispatched. Some items are slightly more expensive from the AliExpress store, some are cheaper but at least with AliExpress if it says it includes VAT and Duties then it will. The Ecowitt Shop says prices include VAT but when you get the invoice it says Tax $0.00 so you have nail biting wait to see what actually happens. Excellent sensor but let down by the shopping experience.

Excellent device

I just installed the device. It is reading very good air quality values as I live in a nature area with neighbors at about 100 m. Well, in the afternoon, it showed high PM2.5 values. My neighbors had their home fireplace lit -it means smoke- and wind was coming to my house so the device works fine.
