Refund policy

1. Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation through any of the following methods:

A (Recommended): Log in to your account at https://shop.ecowitt.com/, locate the relevant order, and submit a "Cancel items" request.

B: Email sales4@ecowitt.com or sales10@ecowitt.com with your order details and cancellation request.

C: Submit a cancellation request through the Help Center on our website.

Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

Please note: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or intercepted. In this case, you will need to return the package after delivery at your own expense. A refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

2. Shipping & Unboxing Video Requirement (Important!)

We strongly recommend that customers record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receiving all parcels.

During international transportation, packages may inevitably experience impacts, compression, or other handling conditions. If any abnormal or damaged outer packaging is observed upon delivery, please do not discard the packaging.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

  • The condition of the outer packaging upon receipt
  • The full unpacking process without interruption
  • A complete inspection of the product inside
  • Any visible damage or missing parts (if applicable)

Please provide the video and relevant evidence to Ecowitt for verification. We will review the case and offer an appropriate after-sales solution as soon as possible.

Please note that claims without valid supporting evidence (such as a complete unboxing video) may not be accepted for processing.

 

3. Request Return
1. Click on icon of account located on the top right corner of the homepage to access your account.
2. Once in your account, locate the "Order" section and select the order you wish to return.
3. Click on the "Request return" button and choose your reason for return from the available options.
4. Provide any additional information or comments in regards to your return.
5. Click on "Request return" to send in your return request for review.
6. Our team will review your request and contact you within 2 to 3 business days with your return status. If the issue is not resolved within the time frame, please contact sales6@ecowitt.com.
7. For returns not due to product quality issues (e.g., personal reasons, incorrect purchase, dissatisfaction), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.
8. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
9. If the goods have not been received, you can request a refund or a replacement.

Returns
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:
If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 Natural Days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4.For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
6.The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or contact us via: support@ecowitt.com
7. After the return, the funds will return to the same way. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service: support@ecowitt.com

5. Note:

Some countries require a customs code or CPF/CNPJ that matches the recipient’s name. If the buyer provides a Number that does not match the recipient’s name, resulting in the package being held or destroyed by customs, the order will not be refunded.

For example:

  • South Korea: Personal Customs Code

  • Brazil: CPF/CNPJ
