Merkmale:
- Misst den Bodenfeuchtegehalt alle 70 Sekunden im Standardzyklus und überträgt die Daten über Funk.
- Wenn die aktuelle Messung sich erheblich von den nächsten Daten unterscheidet, tritt der Funk (RF) in den Schnellübertragungsmodus und das WH51L sendet die Daten alle 10 Sekunden.
- Benutzerdefiniertes Modus: Mit 0 % AD und 100 % AD im benutzerdefinierten Modus können Sie den niedrigen/hohen Feuchtigkeitswert manuell kalibrieren, um für verschiedene Bodentypen genauere Ergebnisse zu erhalten. Dieser Modus kann nur über die WSViewplus -App und im Live -Datendarstellungsmodus aktiviert werden.

Highly recommended for monitoring the moisture level deep in your pot, or bed of soil!!!
I can monitor soil moisture in depths more than 15 untill 30-45cm. The reception is posible in distances more than 150m (sensor-getaway) . A version with 2m cable will be useful in order to ensure long distance reception in cases of deep intalation.
The sensor shows reasonable volumetric values with clean water, however the datasheet gives no infos about the measurement frequency, which is relevant for the influence of minerals ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permittivity ). Next summer will show if it works.
I have used Ecowitt's shallow moisture meters for a couple years and love them. Since I am in 15gal pots, I needed something that went deeper. I love the Ecowitt interface with Bluetooth and wifi, and the fact I can get my data anywhere, but at the time I started using the shallow ones, I was unaware there was a deeper moisture meter, or perhaps they just came out…I found out about Ecowitt from the BuildASoil.com Youtube series couple years ago. So, needing a deep moisture meter, I tried for two grow seasons the Blumats digital moisture meter. They are very expensive and they stop working at the crucial time of flowering/fruiting. They have replaced them very slowly under warranty, but they keep stopping giving a readout…thus far I have had 3 out of four gone bad. I was so happy to find out just recently, again via BAS videos, that you now have a deep version, with both a local digital readout plus the usual bluetooth/wifi through the same hub I previously had for the shallow meters. Blumats doesn’t have any way to connect to their meters other than faulty digital readout on the unit you push into the soil. Ecowitt is the best, the most reasonably priced, and useable faultlessly for years. Well done Ecowitt, and keep innovative products like these coming!
