Poor to no instructions for the bird spikes and the raised collar. Eventually figured it out, but it took more than an hour and a few redos. The final result seems kind of flimsy, but maybe that’s good enough. Time will tell. I should also add that the final mile delivery by SpeedEX was sub-par. They claimed to have unsuccessfully attempted delivery on the final day of the delivery window but that was a lie. I was working in view of any access at the time they reported "no access" and there was no sign of them. They finally delivered after 10pm two days later but left it in the mailbox on the street … a no no for non-USPS deliveries.

Everything fine, from order to delivery.

Well, I think the result is the desired one: easy to install and effective against birds. Recommended
