Annual Purchase Commitment 

Maintain a minimum annual purchase volume–USD 3,000 for the first year, and USD 5,000 for each subsequent year of the Agreement Term. 

Marketing and Localization Capability 

Possess strong local marketing capabilities and be willing to dedicate resources to actively promote Ecowitt's products in your region.

Technical Support Proficiency

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to local customers.

Stocking and Logistics Capability

Be able to stock inventory locally to ensure product availability and shorten delivery times for regional customers.
