Please check two things:
1. Make sure your map shows parameters like outdoor temperature fed by your weather station. You can only view your station for the selected parameter that the station populates.
2. You can check if your map location is correctly set up. The default location is defined according to your IP address, and it is a very rough estimation. It would be best if you allocated the station on the map again. You can realize this either from the “ecowitt” app or www.ecowitt.net : tap on “menu” – “device” – the edit button next to the device – move to “location” cell position and click on the map icon to open the map, drag and drop your station to the correct location.
