Note: The WH52 sensor requires a gateway or console for data display.

  1. Multi-Parameter Measurement: Measures soil moisture, soil temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC).
  2. Soil Temperature Sensor: High-precision NTC thermistor closely contacts soil particles to capture the temperature actually perceived by roots.
  3. Soil Electrical Conductivity Sensor: Dual-electrode measurement determines total soluble salts in soil solution (μS/cm).
  4. Data Transmission & Channel Sharing: Sends data every 70 seconds to a gateway or console; shares 16 soil moisture channels with WH51/WH51L (8 channels for HP350x, WN1900/1920).
  5. Connectivity & Remote Access: Once paired with a gateway, historical data and alerts for abnormal conditions can be viewed via the ecowitt App or ecowitt.net; supports data upload to Ecowitt, WU, WOW, or a custom server.
  6. Compact & Durable: IP66-rated for outdoor use; plug-and-play design.
  7. Power Management: Powered by 1 AA battery (not included) with low-power design; each device has a unique Sensor ID for easy registration and management in the ecowitt App.
