1. If you are purchasing an Ecowitt product for the first time, please select the radio frequency based on your region:
-
915MHz is typically used in North America.
-
868MHz is commonly used in Europe.
-
433MHz is suitable for most regions.
2. If you already own an Ecowitt product but are unsure of its frequency, you can check the product label for this information (see the example image below).
You can usually find the frequency information on the device itself. For some models, there are suffix letters such as A, B, or C, which indicate the frequency: A represents 868MHz, B represents 915MHz, and C represents 433MHz. You can use this information to determine the correct frequency.
3. If you need to purchase the same model to replace a faulty device or want to add other devices to work alongside your existing ones, please make sure to choose the same frequency to ensure proper operation.
⚠ Important Notes:
-
The WS6006 kit is only available in 433MHz. If you need a replacement WS69 sensor, be sure to choose 433MHz for compatibility.
-
If you still cannot confirm the frequency, please contact sales4@ecowitt.com with your region or order details, and we will assist you.
-
Please make sure to select the correct frequency, as we cannot cover return shipping costs if an incorrect frequency is chosen and the product is incompatible with your existing devices.
