This sensor without waterproof, please keep it away rain.

Rechargeable batteries cannot be used. Please use regular alkaline batteries.

Works well

Getting the sensor to show up on ecowitt.net was simply a matter of plugging it in. No further fiddling necessary. The humidity registers about 2% lower than with a calibrated humidity meter right beside the WH45. No big deal, the difference does not really matter. (Note that it is not possible to calibrate the humidity sensor, either on the device or with the WSView app.) Temperature appears to be accurate to about 0.7 ºC. (Again, the temperature sensor cannot be calibrated.)

I don’t know how accurate CO₂, PM 2.5, and PM 10 measurements are. But they line up with what is reported by public and very accurate measuring stations in my area, so if there is any calibration error, it likely is minimal.

Overall, the unit works well, and I’m happy with the purchase. It would be a nice touch to permit calibration of humidity and temperature, which surely could be done in software.

Well, if there is total silence in the living room, I can hear the fan inside the sensor device when it is about to measure current air pollution.
No a big thing, but probably a different fan blade might help...?

Anyway, keep up with the fantasic eco system of all (weather) stations, sensors, gateways and watering solutions!!
