Features
The WN69SDI is a wired SDI-12 version of the WS69 7-in-1 weather sensor. The solar panel and RF transmission modules have been removed, and the power connection is replaced with an SDI-12 interface, making it easier to integrate into professional data acquisition systems.
Wind measurements follow WMO (World Meteorological Organization) data format standards, with wind speed and direction measured and output once per second. The sensor measures outdoor temperature and humidity, wind direction, rainfall, wind speed, wind gust, UV, and light, providing comprehensive environmental data.
The rain sensor utilizes a precision tipping-bucket mechanism that tips after every 0.01 inch (0.254 mm) of accumulated rainfall, ensuring accurate precipitation measurement. The anemometer is capable of measuring extreme wind speeds up to 50 m/s, making it suitable for demanding weather conditions.

Regarding power supply and lightning protection for installation:
Power supply: This WN69SDI is powered via the SDI-12 interface, with an operating voltage range of 6 to 24 V. Do not attempt to install batteries.
Installation & Lightning Protection: Please refer to: Lightning Protection Guidelines. Sensor damage, due to lack of grounding-protection against lightning ESD discharge, is not covered by warranty.
