I purchased a WN1821 IOT Wi-Fi Weather Station, 4.9" LCD Display with Built-in CO₂ Detector and WN31(WH31) Multi-Channel Temperature/Humidity Sensor as a present for my son who wanted to monitor his home. he set it up and has been using it successfully. It does everything he needed and he is delighted. The reason for writing the review though is to commend the Ecowitt customer service. From the moment I placed the order right up to receiving it I was kept fully informed about the status of the order and how long the next step in the process was expected to take. I received updates as soon as each step of the process was completed. Sometimes when you buy stuff on line you are left wondering where it is, when it will arrive and if it will ever arrive. Not if you buy from Ecowitt!!! I had peace of mind every step of the way. It was a brilliant experience. Well done to all concerned.
