Q:  The bird spike slipped over the rain gauge, and the strap was too short. How can I loosen the band?
A: Please follow this video to release the strap by another strap.

Q: Will the bird spikes affect light measurement on WS90/WS80?
A: The spikes may cause slight shadows or reflections that could influence light readings. If high accuracy of light data is required, please take this into consideration before installation.
