Dont last long

this is my second one - the first stopped working just after the warranty ran out.
I opened it up and found poor quality soldering and melted wire insulation(from their soldering iron) inside. also moisture had got in.
I hope this replacement is better - we will see.

WN34S Temperature Sensor with Stainless Steel Probe

Easy setup, excellent quality.
It's built better than I thought it would be.
I'm using this for a compost pile and it works great.
Heavy duty probe.
I'll be back for more.
Thanks

Works great on the ranch

Using 2 of them to measure the soil temperature at 4 and 10 inches. I love how these sensors just automagically add themselves to our Wittboy Pro system, just by inserting the battery. I should add that they seem to be very sturdy since i had to push them pretty hard to get them into the hard clay soil in an Oklahoma USA summer. No damage at all, even to get one to 10” deep.

Works perfectly

I like to keep an eye on the ground temprature to detect frost, this does the job as expected.
